Anthony Joshua reveals future plans following brutal KO defeat to Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium

Anthony Joshua has vowed to continue in the sport.

The 2012 Olympic gold medallist was on a four fight win-streak and was looking to become a three-time heavyweight champion.

It wasn’t to be though as Dubois’ onslaught from the very beginning of the fight put ‘AJ’ on the back foot.

Dubois dropped Joshua four times before landing the crushing blow on Joshua just moments after appearing badly hurt himself.

Speaking at the post fight press conference Joshua didn’t seem too disappointed as he spoke to the media.

He said: ‘We’re trying to create history for British boxing, I think we’re doing that. And also I appreciate all the press, the media, the fans aren’t here but I thank them through you guys.”

“You’re probably asking do I still want to continue fighting… of course I wanna continue fighting.”

“We took a shot at success and we came up short and what does that mean now? We’re gonna run away? Or we gonna live to fight another day? That’s what I am I’m a warrior.”

He then praised Dubois and his team for his performance.
