Eamonn Holmes, 64, MOVING IN with girlfriend Katie Alexander, 42, just 4 months after shock split from Ruth Langsford
The couple jetted off to Spain on a luxury holiday on Sunday
EAMONN Holmes, 64, is set to move in with his girlfriend Katie Alexander, 42, just four months after announcing his shock split from Ruth Langsford.
The TV presenter and his wife Ruth might still both be wearing their wedding rings, but that’s not stopping Eamonn from planning to move in with his new girlfriend Katie Alexander.

Eamonn and Ruth, who married in 2010, separated earlier this year
Ruth and Eamonn shocked the nation in May when they revealed they had split up after 14 years of marriage.
Eamonn recently jetted off to Spain with his new lady on Sunday, as they headed on a cruise.
Taking big steps in their romance, the couple is now looking to make it more official, as a source close to the relationship counsellor told The Sun: “Katie’s assured him she’s in it for the long haul and they’re both settling down nicely.
“They’ve been spending so much time at his Kingston flat that they’re even looking to move in together permanently.
“Eamonn doesn’t want to stay in his rented place as it’s too small, too expensive and, without air conditioning, gets very hot.
“It’s on the basement floor as well, with people looking in as they walk past all the time so isn’t private enough for them.
“With that in mind, they’re really keen to move into a bigger place in the country with lots of land.
“Katie will obviously be there to care for Eamonn as he grows older and thinks it’s best to do that somewhere without prying eyes.”
The Sun has contacted Eamonn’s representatives for comment.
Ruth and Eamonn – who share son Jack – first got together in 1996 and tied the knot in 2010.
And Eamonn moved out of their Surrey home after the split.
Ruth ‘shocked’ by Eamonn’s trip
Marriage counsellor Katie pushed Eamonn’s walking frame through the departure lounge as he followed behind in a wheelchair this weekend.
But a source told Mail Online that Eamonn’s public holiday with his new girlfriend has left Ruth “shocked”.
The insider told the publication: “Ruth is shocked by how open Eamonn is being about his relationship, after all they both still have their wedding rings on.
“Neither of them want to be the first to take it off because they don’t want to look like they’re to blame for the split.”
Despite seeing Eamonn jet off on holiday with his new woman, Ruth is still wearing her wedding ring.
The jewellery could be clearly seen on the defiant Loose Women anchor’s finger as she chatted to fans on Instagram ahead of a meeting for the show.
This weekend, Eamonn and his new girlfriend Katie flew to Barcelona to board Virgin Voyager’s luxurious, Scarlet Lady.
Called a “sanctuary at sea”, it will take 2,700 adult passengers along the Spanish, Italian and French coasts over the next seven days.
Katie was wearing a Breton striped cardigan and beige trousers, paired with platform heels, as she pushed Eamonn’s walking frame through Heathrow Airport.
TV anchor Eamonn has been plagued by a series of health problems in recent years that have led to him requiring walking aids.
He had a double hip replacement in 2016. Last year, he had back surgery which has left him using a wheelchair.
And in January he broke his shoulder in a fall. Four months later we revealed he had split with Ruth.
