The 28-year-old shot a short video in which she is seen introducing the “first male 2x Undisputed Champ” to the world. Later both Shields and Crawford shared the same video on Instagram.

After Terence Crawford beat Errol Spence Jr. black and blue to stop the latter in the 9th round, Shields visited Crawford’s locker room. And while filming the whole scene, with ‘Bud’ Crawford right beside her, Shields said, “Y’all, I’m with my pound-for-pound no. 1.” To this, Crawford replied, “Let’s get it.” Shields continued and proudly addressed ‘Bud’ as a “Two-time undisputed champ!”
However, Crawford also took the time to acknowledge the achievements of Claressa Shields. Thus, pointing at the 28-year-old, Crawford said, “Two two-times, one two-time [Shields], two two-time [himself].” Undoubtedly, the words touched Shields. As a result, she exclaimed, “My god, you’re crazy! Great job.” Along these lines, as she uploaded the video on her Instagram, Shields congratulated Crawford on an “excellent performance“. According to her, ‘Bud’ was “on point“. “I still can’t believe it champ’! The first male 2x Undisputed Champ!” she added. Later, Terence Crawford also took to Instagram Story and shared the same clip with Claressa Shields.
