Jake Paul has shared a social media post confirming the ‘official rules’ for his controversial fight against Mike Tyson and it’s instantly gone viral.

Paul welcomes Tyson back to the world of professional boxing.

Paul vs. Tyson will take place next Friday at Arlington’s AT&T Stadium as the event has suffered a last-minute setback.

The bout, which has been sanctioned by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, will be contested over eight two-minute rounds.

Ahead of resuming his pro career against the former world heavyweight champion, Paul took to social media to reveal the ‘official rules’ for their showdown.

On X, he wrote: “Official rules for #PaulTyson. Someone is getting knocked the f**k out. The end.”

The 27-year-old enters his bout against Tyson having won seven of his 10 victories inside the distance, stopping the likes of Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley.

‘Iron’ Mike, on the other hand, made his name as a knockout artist, but he hasn’t fought professionally since his shock defeat to Ireland’s Kevin McBride back in June 2005.

Paul vs. Tyson was supposed to take place earlier this year until the boxing legend, 58, suffered an ulcer flare.

Speaking in a documentary promoting the heavyweight bout – via the Independent, he revealed his reaction to the fight postponement, saying: “When I received the news that he was out and not able to fight, I was just numb.

“I was just like, ‘f**k…’ I’m the type of person who likes a schedule and likes to know what I’m doing. This just threw a wrench in all of that. There was nothing I could do, it was out of my control.

“Nobody can tell Mike Tyson what to do, and if he wants to fight me, of course I’m going to say yes.

“This is the opportunity of a lifetime to fight one of the two most famous boxers to ever live – Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson.

“I look at Mike Tyson as a killer, so I never really expected something like this.”
