Katie Price detailed her surrogacy plans earlier this year before confusing fans with a series of ‘twin baby’ photos.

The former glamour model, 46, has considered using a surrogate to carry her next baby. She is in a relationship with boyfriend JJ Slater and the pair recently faced wedding bells rumours after they were spotted dress shopping together. Katie admitted she wants to have another baby and will chose a sperm donor from America to be the dad rather than JJ.

The mum-of-five already has children Harvey Price, 22, Junior and Princess Andre, 19 and 17, and Jett and Bunny Hayler, 11 and 10. This week, Katie stunned fans when she shared a photo of twin babies on her Instagram. The photo showed one baby dressed in pink and the other in grey, but she didn’t reveal their identities.

She posted one snap that she captioned: “Evening cuddles with my boy” and another that had her caption: “Multitasking with my babygirl.” It has since been revealed that her twin babies might not even be real at all as sources claimed that they’re actually ‘hyperrealistic reborn dolls’.

Just last year, Katie revealed she didn’t think she would carry another baby herself. “I have got a surrogate, I haven’t got any eggs anymore, I’m 44, I want another baby so what am I supposed to do? I can’t pop it out,” she said on the Turning Adversity Into An Asset podcast.

Katie was asked who would have the baby and she said: “I have got this lady, it will be my egg – she’s been a fan of mine for years and she does do surrogacy.” The TV star has also opened up about her recent fertility battle when she was trying to welcome a child with then-fiancé Carl Woods before their split at the end of 2023.

Three rounds of IVF treatment were unsuccessful and Katie still dreams of a baby with her new partner, Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater. Speaking to Olivia Attwood about her IVF journey with ex-boyfriend, Carl, Katie said: “You’ll see a programme coming out. I can’t even watch it. I’ve asked my sister to watch it back, on my IVF journey. It’s failed and failed.”

On an episode of the Straight to the Comments! podcast she teased potential names that she could consider if she did have another baby. Whilst talking about her eldest daughter, Katie said: “She was gonna be called ‘Duchess’ or ‘Princess’. I just love them names. It’s like… if I have another baby… here you go, headline … if, or when… I like the name ‘Royalty,’ ‘Duchess,’ ‘King,’ ‘Prince,’ ‘Baby,’ ‘Lady’ and I’m not even pregnant, I’m just saying.”

And when it was suggested that she “seems to love being a mum” by guest co-host Jamie East on the podcast, Katie responded: “Oh, I love it!” The Celebrity Big Brother winner went on to state in the discussion: “I know I’m a good mum.” Discussing her IVF experience on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast, Katie simply said: “I’m not giving up. I need more babies.”
