The singer welcomed baby Madison with his wife Amelia, 32, five months ago and made the revelation in an interview with The Sun.

He said: ‘Our sex life hasn’t been affected at all, and I’m not lying when I say that.

‘It’s just finding the time around the baby. When I’m not picking up nappies or feeding, I’m asking her: “When are we getting a bit of that in?”‘.

Olly admitted he felt guilty going on tour so soon after his wife gave birth and explained he worries more now that he’s a ‘girl-dad’.

He said: ‘I know how tough a boy needs to be because I’ve been there. I knew the type of parent I’d be with a boy. There would be a certain discipline. But having a girl has changed that.’

The hitmaker told the publication that he has been struggling with feeling guilty for going on tour.

Just two days after his daughter Madison was born in April, Olly set out on tour supporting Take That.

The pop star left his wife Amelia at home with his mother-in-law to look after their bundle of joy and despite regular texts with baby updates, the new father admitted he found it upsetting to be away from home and to miss out on key moments.

Olly praised his wife and explained that although they had everything in place, the tour still took a toll on the family.

He said: ‘That was the hardest part of fatherhood so far for me — leaving Madison. I felt like I wasn’t actually present. I felt I didn’t have a connection with her and she was like, “Who’s this guy?”‘.

He added that the couple have been working together to overcome the challenges of touring and Olly explained that they’ve found it difficult because he can’t take paternity leave and works unsociable hours.

But Amelia has been able to poke fun at the couple’s different schedules and took to Instagram in May to share a video of her weekend.

The body builder shared the cheeky clip with her 200,00 followers which showed her nodding off in front of a children’s cartoon with her newborn daughter while her husband Olly danced on stage to a cheering crowd.

Despite the jokes, the singer said he has struggled with feeling guilty and admitted that he tries to be as helpful as possible but sometimes feels as though he’s just ‘kind of there’.
