Tommy Fury addresses Molly-Mae Hague cheating allegations and real reason for their split on This Morning
Tommy Fury addressed his split from Molly-Mae on This Morning on Thursday.
Tommy Fury commented on his split from Molly-Mae Hague in his first TV interview, directing viewers to his new book for further details on the couple going their separate ways.
In August it was officially communicated that the pair, who met on Love Island in 2019, had separated after five years.
They had previously been engaged for more than a year and had a daughter, Bambi, together.
In the wake of their split, rumours circulated that Fury had been unfaithful to Molly-Mae and that was the cause of their break-up.
A spokesperson denied the allegations before Fury broke his silence and described the claims as “completely false” in an interview with the Mail.
On Thursday, the boxer appeared on This Morning to promote his new book ‘Lightning Can Strike Twice: ‘My life as a Fury’ and again addressed the allegations, explaining he has added a new chapter to reveal all on the split.
“Yeah, no of course there has been a lot of critics, everyone will jump on the bandwagon when there’s a bandwagon to jump on,” Fury said when asked about the claims by Ben Shephard.
“I’m going to let us deal with that in private, for respect out of Molly. In the book I have spoke about it because I felt free to speak.”
Asked if he still loved his former fiancee, Fury added: “They’ll be my family until the day I die.”

In the memoir, where details are being shared by The Mirror, Fury admits that Molly-Mae is still his perfect woman.
He said he felt he was “thrown to the lions” in the aftermath of the announcement and may share specifics of what happened “when the time is right”.
Fury wrote: “The truth will come out in time and when it does, I think a lot of people might regret their actions and unkind words.
“The whole world will I reckon. What the public think is going on isn’t what is going on. It’s not something I envisaged happening, but it didn’t come out of nowhere. It’s a thing that was there previously to all of this happening, but the only people who know what is going on in our relationship is me and Molly.”

Fury, younger brother of former world heavyweight champion Tyson, has been training for a return to the ring.
His last fight was a unanimous decision victory over KSI in October 2023, following on from a win against fellow rival Jake Paul.
