Amanda Holden has revealed her saucy hidden talent after she went braless in a nude dress, leaving Heart FM studios on Friday.

The radio presenter, 53, showcased her magic abilities as she successfully broke out of handcuffs on Heart Breakfast on Thursday.

During her show, which starred Jason King and Rob, she was presented with a pair of handcuffs and was asked to pick them with a hair pin.

Not seeming too challenged by the ask, Amanda confessed a naughty story about her childhood which set up to master the art of breaking out of a pair of cuffs.

Putting her wrists into the cuffs, Amanda confessed: ‘So, the last time I picked this was my mum and dad used to lock the phone, so I didn’t make too many phone calls, but I used to use a pair of nail scissors to pick the lock, ring all my friends and then just lock it again.

‘My mum was still absolutely adamant that the phone bill had gone done. I think she just talked to her mum less.’

Once strapped in, Jason quipped:’How long does this usually take, Rob?’

Rob replied: ‘This is like trying to open your front door at three in the morning when you’re drunk’ to which Jason joked: ‘Oh she knows this very well!’

Finding the humour in the comment, Amanda exclaimed: ‘How dare you!’

Rob then explained: ‘You can get it straight away or it can take you 20 minutes, you know? The more practice, the quicker it gets.’

But Amanda shocked the two stars as she picked the lock in a matter of seconds.

‘I’ve done it!’, she shouted.

Jason quipped: ‘Oh my God!’ before Rob claimed: ’10-year-old Amanda Holden is back!’

Adding inches to her frame, she paired her garment with a pair of strapped nude Christian Louboutin heels and a nude bag.

To accessorise, she kept it simple with a pair of black-tinted sunglasses.

Her appearance comes after she revealed that she once tried her own breast milk as she recorded Heart Breakfast on Thursday..

The conversation began when Jason revealed that after his wife stopped breastfeeding they decided to freeze some of the milk – at which point Ashley admitted she had drank her friends’ once.

The candid chat sparked mother-of-two Amanda to reveal that she tasted her own breast milk when her children were babies.
