Big Brother fans have slammed Marcello for ‘treating the show like Love Island’ and ‘s3xualising every conversation with women,’ following Friday’s instalment of the ITV series.

The 34-year-old youth mentor from East London has raised eyebrows after setting his sights on multiple women and flirting with the female housemates.

In previous episodes, he talked to Big Brother about his ‘love for women’ and listed who he finds attractive in the house, as well as declaring he’s ‘probably going to lips it’ with Ali, who is a lesbian.

Friday’s episode saw Marcello’s cheeky nature intensify, which left some fans of the show unimpressed.

In one scene, he told Rosie she looked ‘very pretty’ and asked if she had ever been a model.

She later joked: ‘Marcello – me and Sarah have been deliberating and we said we could easily take you down, one person, in a fight, cause I’d wrap around your neck like a mongoose and strangle you.’

However, the conversation took a turn when he replied: ‘That would just turn me on’.

Elsewhere in the episode, Marcello joked he and Ali shared a kiss in the smoking area, and shouted it out to the other housemates.

However, Big Brother included the footage of them vaping to clarify to viewers that nothing actually happened.

The housemates later took part in a challenge that saw them have to put themselves in a specific order based on their linked interests.

Some eagle-eyed viewers noticed that while Ali was talking about feminism, Marcello reportedly rolled his eyes, before later admitting he would be open to romance in the Big Brother house.

Following Friday’s episode, viewers took to X to share what they thought of the housemate’s antics.

Ryan put on a brave face and hugged his fellow housemates as he told them: ‘It’s all good, keep smashing it’.

The non-housemates faced a string of challenges in a bid to win a place in the house.
