Celebs Go Dating fans were left stunned and claimed Lauryn Goodman was “sending a message” as she broke down while opening up on the drama involving Kyle Walker.

Speaking to Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson on the dating series, Lauryn was left in tears as she revealed her trust issues after falling pregnant twice with the Manchester City footballer. The reality star, 33, shares two children with Walker, who is married to wife Annie Kilner.

She revealed she had felt “angry” after the drama and says she no longer can trust anyone. When probed further, Lauryn claimed she is over “toxic” relationships and is looking for the real deal.

While the dating experts praised Lauryn for opening up on the situation, fans online were quick to slam the influencer and many turned their attention to the necklace Lauryn was wearing. “Look at her necklace that’s definitely sending a message #CelebsGoDating,” one user penned on Twitter/X.

Another agreed, fuming: “Why has she got a necklace with his initials on?…”

However, others were keen to point out the necklace was actually representing her kids, Kairo and Kinara. “The necklace she’s wearing are her children’s initials: both of her children have the initials KW. I’ve seen lots of mothers with the same necklace, it’s really not that big of a deal. #CelebsGoDating,” one confirmed.

Despite the claim, another fan said it still didn’t make sense. “Nah that necklace is definitely for Kyle! KK would make much more sense if it was for her kids…that’s just my opinion.” Another agreed, saying: “Not defending Kyle Walker at all – lots of blame and very poor behaviour, but why on earth go on a dating show and wear a ‘KW’ necklace too? I’m aware it’s Lauryn’s kids initials, but come on.”

In July, Lauryn explained the necklace referred to her kids’ initials. Taking to her Instagram Story, she said at the time: “To clarify, my necklace initials are for my children. I’ve been wearing it since 2020. Apparently people still aren’t over it… their issue not ours.”
