Katie Price graced fans with an insightful clip of her sixth surgical facelift process – despite being recently warned by her doctor of risking ‘stroke symptoms’.

The glamour model, 46, took to her Instagram page with a proud clip showing the results of her journey after once again going under the knife in Turkey last month.

Katie is captured with a swollen face, covered in surgical tapes and bloody scabs, but also showed the healed results of the surgery later on, with the TV star showing off a happy smile.

‘Trust the Process x #surgery #face #facelift,’ she captioned praising the ultimate outcome, which was done at the lavish Trio Clinic in Istanbul by Dr Çağdaş Orman.

The former I’m A Celebrity sensation also undertook 17 boob jobs, as well as several tweakements to her face – including a brow lift, neck lift, lip lift and correction to her ‘pixie ears’.

The OnlyFans star left fans divided, with many showing concern for her health state, while others encouraged to be more supportive of her choices, with some writing:

‘And the crazy thing is you didn’t need none of it in the first place’;

‘Or work on self esteem and personality issues rather than putting your body under such stress’;

‘Last few photos of end results are filtered.. ‘;

‘Again? That’s addiction’.

Katie’s facelift came after a surgeon warned it was irresponsible for her to go under the knife again after already having five previous surgeries on her face, giving grounds to fans to worry about her health.

Leading cosmetic and plastic surgeon Dr Mark Solomos, as seen Channel 4’s 10 Years Younger, said: ‘The first thing I want to say about Katie is that no responsible surgeon would or should perform surgery on her.

‘Certainly if she’s unable to attend court due to her mental health, then that alone is an indicator that she is not fit for surgery.

‘The court case aside I would say no-one should be carrying out further work on her, she surpassed her limit for natural looking improvements and enhancements some time ago.

‘Obviously natural isn’t the look Katie is ever striving for and her cosmetic and plastic surgery is synonymous with her brand and publicity. Publicity aside there’s a very real concern that she has an addiction to surgery and body dysmorphic disorder- all the more reason why surgeons should not be carrying out work on her.

‘You can see the skin on her face is too tight already and certainly won’t benefit from a further facelift.

‘She has what we call Pixie ears; a complication that can occur after a facelift where the skin has been pulled too tightly during the procedure causing the lobes to look stretched/pulled down.

‘From the markings drawn on her face she looks set to have a comprehensive deep line facelift including a brow lift, neck lift and lip lift.

‘Possibly she’s having the pixie ears corrected with this deep line facelift- if done well it will take the pressure and tension off the ear and solve the problem.

It comes after Katie said she was ‘finally happy’ with her looks after her sixth facelift, despite sparking concerns but undergoing yet another procedure

‘Katie also appears to be having fat injections on the side of her lip. Another area which she should be leaving well alone, or having revised.

‘The brow lift she definitely doesn’t need and should be refused. Her eyebrows already appear too high and pushing the boundaries of natural.’

Yet, the Brighton-born bombshell has shared with fans that she was finally ‘extremely happy’ with the result of her sixth facelift.

Katie has been at the centre of the spotlight again after she was recently summoned to court over an unpaid tax bill of £750,000, and more recently was left devastated after learning some of her naked shower snaps have ended up online.

Her finances have come under scrutiny of late after she was declared bankrupt for the second time.

As part of her case, she was also ordered to hand over her six cars in early July, which include a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan, two Range Rovers, Suzuki Vitara and Infiniti FX50.

However, she has been posting that she is still on possession of her pink Range Rover.

And earlier on Monday it emerged one of her x-rated footage has now been shared on social media against her will.

Katie charges admirers £11.77 per month to be given access past her paywall and many pay extra for special requests.

A source told The Sun: ‘Katie is really upset that one of her videos has been leaked.
