Ruth Langsford has been worrying about her appearance on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! as she shared behind-the-scenes snaps of the floods causing chaos on set.
The TV presenter, 64, flew down to Australia to take part in spin-off show I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked.
And since touching down at Brisbane Airport, Ruth has been keeping her social media followers up-to-date on her adventures, and has shared several clips showcasing the torrential rain that she has been experiencing during her time on set.
On Saturday, she also posted a video of her glam squad getting her ready, and said the ‘miracle workers’ only had 10 minutes to do her hair and makeup by the time they made it in to camp.
A source close to Ruth has now told MailOnline: ‘Ruth’s biggest worry about being in the jungle is her hair. She’ll have a new hairstyle tonight, as with all the downpour of major rain in the jungle it has played havoc with her barnet!’
The I’m A Celebrity camp has been hit by the worst rain in the show’s 22 year history with three metre floods causing chaos as the entrance to the Jungle was cut off by cascading water.

The show’s longtime host, Ant McPartlin, 49, said: ‘The rain has been really bad, it’s probably the worst rain we’ve ever had doing this show.
‘It was touch and go, we nearly didn’t make it into the camp.’
Declan Donnelly showed footage taken on his phone of their car struggling to get over the bridge into camp that had water cascading over it.
It comes after Ruth teased a potential return to This Morning as she touched down at Brisbane Airport on Thursday.
ITV flew Ruth in as she is close to campmates Jane Moore, 62, and also works with GK Barry, 25, on the Loose panel.
After her gruelling 23-hour flight from Heathrow Airport, Ruth appeared in great spirits in her stylish travel attire.
Ruth hosted This Morning every Friday and in school holidays alongside estranged husband Eamonn Holmes for 14 years.
In 2020 the pair were dropped from their Friday slot and replaced by Alison Hammond and Dermot O’Leary.
Ruth announced her split from the broadcaster, also 64, in June after 14 years of marriage and 27 years together.
And it appears Ruth is eyeing up a possible return to the programme, following the news that Martin Frizell is stepping down from This Morning.

On Wednesday, it was revealed the ITV stalwart, 65, had quit after 10 years in charge to be ‘around much more’ for wife Fiona Phillips, 63, as she battles Alzheimer’s disease.
But commenting on whether she would now return to This Morning, Ruth said: ‘Never say never.’
It comes after Philip Schofield left after an affair with a younger male colleague and his slot with Holly Willoughby has been filled by Ben Shephard and Cat Deeley.
When asked about the major shake-up on the show, Ruth said: ‘I haven’t been there for two years so I don’t take much notice.’
The mother-of-one also confirmed she would ‘never’ appear in the jungle.
She said: ‘I’m backing two Loose Women to win as there is Jane and Grace (GK Barry). So maybe there will be two Queens of the Jungle.’
As her trip comes ahead of her first Christmas without Eamonn, Ruth revealed she was ‘excited’ to be in Australia as she had never been there before.

A source revealed to The Sun earlier this month the opportunity to join the spin-off show had been a welcome distraction for Ruth during a challenging year following her split from Eamonn.
The insider said: ‘It’s been a tough year for Ruth and she’s been putting her best foot forward, she’s thrilled to have been asked to appear on this the spin off show and fly to Australia ahead of Christmas.
The insider added that Ruth is eager to support Jane, saying: ‘She’s rooting for Jane and can’t wait to give her opinion on how she is getting on.
‘The production team are particularly excited they have landed Ruth to join them as they think she’ll be amazing and give the new format a boost.’
Ruth’s involvement is expected to add star power to the revamped spin-off as she joins the production in Australia ahead of the festive season.
Eammon has since moved on after the split with relationship counsellor Katie Alexander, 43.
Eammon and Katie made their first appearance as a couple at The Irish Post Awards, but the former GMB presenter requested that photographers not take pictures of them together.

Eamonn has been dating counsellor Katie Alexander, 43, since his split from Ruth and had her by his side as he hosted the Irish Post Awards in London
An on looker added: ‘Katie certainly seems to be able to put a smile back on Eamonn’s face. They seem genuinely besotted with each other.’
Katie, who enjoyed a romantic cruise with the TV star earlier this year , has told friends she is in for ‘the long haul’ with Eamonn.
She has been helping him through the split from Ruth, but her friends say she is at pains to point out that their friendship has only grown close once the marriage was over in May.
In September, the former This Morning presenter emotionally revealed he can no longer look after himself.
