‘This is my new garden I would draw as a child but never dreamed it would be a reality. Thank you. Wish Mum was here to see it.’
Proud Brummie Alison, 49, is understood to have moved to the outskirts of London to be nearer work.
Alison had bought her detached house near Birmingham, tucked away behind iron gates, for £582,500 in January 2020.
She put it on the market a year ago but had struggled to sell it.
A source at Smart Homes said: ‘The sale has just completed in the past few weeks. The celebrity owner is delighted.
‘The house was originally on for £745,000 which was over value. The price was dropped and it nearly sold three times but never completed because of vendors’ chains falling through.
‘It has finally completed just shy of the new asking price of £700,000 and is now off the market.’
