Bankrupt Katie Price showed off her distinct hairline as she stepped out on a shopping trip in Cheshire on Wednesday – after her £10,000 face lift in Turkey.

The former glamour model, 46, who is currently starring opposite her fellow I’m A Celebrity campmate Kerry Katona in a pantomime production of Cinderella, was taking a break to get her presents.

It comes after Katie revealed that she wants to go under the knife again – after getting her 17th boob job earlier this year.

The Page 3 legend also told how even though she only recently underwent the facelift she is soon having another one to make her ears ‘look normal’.

Katie dressed casually for her shopping outing – wearing a cropped white vest top that highlighted her surgically-enhanced assets.

It was teamed with a pair of low-slung jeans that showed off her tattoos and fluffy slippers as she carried her purchases around.

Earlier this week Katie said of her next face lift: ‘I’m already going back. I’ve never had ears that stick out, but I saw a surgeon the other day…

‘With my face[lift], where they sewed it at the back, my ears now stick out, so the surgeon is just going to put them back to normal.’

The former Loose Women panellist also admitted that she ‘prefers’ being smaller in size, but liposuction ‘never worked’ for her because she is ‘too lazy’ to go to the gym.

She added: ‘Lipo never worked because I was too lazy to go to the gym. I had a lip lift, which was a waste of time.

‘I want my boobs smaller again. I prefer being smaller.’

Katie has famously been under the knife several times since she shot to fame in the late 1990s.

At the start of December a handful of Katie’s followers suggested she had ruined her looks with the most recent face lift.

Sharing a video with her followers, the mother-of-five could be seen wearing a baby pink vest as she told her followers to check out her subscription based OnlyFans page.

She said: ‘Don’t forget to look at my OnlyFans new content… Christmas is coming up! Check out my OnlyFans.’

But fans were somewhat distracted by her new look rather than the ad for her racier online content.

She also carried a pink suitcase with her while she was out and about

One fan wrote: ‘Darling, in the nicest possible way… You really need to start looking after your body rather than selling it.’; ‘Why have you done this to yourself? You were a natural beauty.’

While others added: ‘Really is sad what she had done to herself.’; ‘Ruined her lovely face.’ ‘Omg she can’t wink.’

Yet some of her fans were quick to have her back as one wrote: ‘Love you Katie.’ ‘O God, please leave her to shine, leave her be, she’s not hurting anyone..! If you’ve nowt nice to say about her… Just don’t say anything!’

The star previously gushed that she’s delighted with her ‘natural face’ after undergoing her sixth facelift.

Katie has also done a new reality show centered on conception through IVF after she went through the process herself but wasn’t in the ‘right relationship’ at the time.

She said of the Channel 4 documentary Katie Price: Making Babies: ‘I’ve just done an IVF programme.

‘I’ve got my twin dolls at home, which I’m not going into detail about. I did IVF, and that programme will be out next year.

‘I won’t be watching, as I don’t want to be reminded of the past. The experience was horrific and, if I look back, I wasn’t in the right relationship.  I think things happen for a reason, if I’m honest.’
