Kim Kardashian fans say they’re “scared” as they’re convinced the reality star has undergone even more plastic surgery after her latest red carpet appearance.

This week the 43-year-old star turned heads on the red carpet as she stepped out in a sexy white midi dress from Balenciaga’s Spring 2024 collection during the annual Caring for Women dinner in New York City. And while some loved the sultry, wet look others took aim at the star and accused her of getting unflattering cosmetic work done.

In a newly post Reddit thread, one critic shared their thoughts on her rumored plastic surgery and wrote: “She looks…… old.” While another chimed in: “someone take the injectable’s AWAY.” And a third added: “Her lashes scare me.” While someone else brutally replied: “It’s crazy how they really fell off in 2024. Especially Kim.”

Others urged that Kim’s alleged plastic surgery as given the opposite of the intended affect and has caused her to appear older than she really is. One person wrote: “I have a friend that looks SO MUCH like her. When they were younger, you would have thought they were sisters, maybe even twins,” and continued: “My friend has had no work done and she looks amazing for her age. If Kim would have just leaned into aging gracefully, she would have been so beautiful.”

Despite the haters, the SKIMS founder still caught some wandering eyes at the event as Katy Perry’s fiancé Orlando Bloom was caught sneaking a peak at Kim’s famous derrière on the red carpet. In the hilarious now-viral snap, the former Pirates of the Caribbean star appeared to glance at Kim’s shapely bum while lovingly wrapping his arm around Katy’s waist.

After the moment was captured, Katy was then accused of recreating Kim’s white wet look as she stepped out in a strikingly similar outfit at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards in Long Island, New York. During the ceremony, the 39-year-old pop star was seen hitting the black carpet wearing a white wet-looking one-shoulder crop top, showing off her abs, and a low-waisted skirt fresh off the Who Decides War runway.
