Kim Kardashian fans were forced to do a double take as they spotted her “wonky eye and wonky lips” in her latest Instagram post.

The 43-year-old reality star took to social media on Thursday night to share some snaps from her holiday to Italy, where she was joined by her sister Khloe Kardashian. Kim posed for the pictures wearing a glittering black dress which showed off her famous curves.

The mom-of-four also wore a matching sequin head scarf and accessorized with a diamond ring. However, it’s not her outfit which caught the attention of fans as many were left convinced she’s had plastic surgery.

Taking to Reddit, one critic exclaimed: “WONKY EYE CHECK’N IN.” Another commented: “Wonky eye, wonky lips, wonky hips. The kartrashian special.” A third shocked fan wrote: “And wonky lips in the second!”

One fan even suggested Kim has had “botched” surgery, speculating: “God these photos are so bad. But I love all of the wonk for Kim. The wonky eye & hip in particular are her signature botch. KJs are all in their signature botch era. Kylie has her bad filler & long bottom. Khloe has her collapsing nose, massive bubble butt & butthole lips. Kris has her collapsing nostril. Kendall has her alien face & too big for her frame bolt ons. Kourtney is also developing alien face, but her biggest botch is probably Travis attached to her with his ick pda.”

However, some fans rushed to Kim’s defense. “Kim is in her best era and she should stay here,” one person gushed. Another said: “She’s been killing it lately, the best she’s ever looked.”

“Ugh finally. I love khloe with dark hair,” a third fan commented. Kim has found herself at the center of a number of plastic surgery rumors over the years.

In 2019, while getting her makeup done for a Mario Dedivanoic Masterclass, Kim denied going under the knife for a rhinoplasty. “I never had my nose done,” she said. “Everyone thought I did, and I said, ‘Wait until you have kids because your real features come out.’”

Kim has also credited her good looks to “beauty treatments”. Speaking to Allure, she said “After everyone’s in bed, I’m doing laser treatments. I’ve never had eyelash extensions. I’ve never done anything.”

She also said she believes there “does come a point when you’ve taken it too far” and said some people can be “overfilled” with “too much cosmetic worse”. She said there’s “nothing worse” than looking “too tight” from surgery.
