Kylie Jenner had to abandon her plans to join her family on their annual trip to Aspen after she grew terrified following a frightening car accident.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan was all set to jet off, with Kylie seen cheerfully boarding a private jet in the latest episode of The Kardashians. However, their journey was disrupted by snow storms causing severe flight delays.

The family was stranded on the runway for 48 minutes before receiving an update from the captain. He explained: “I just need the visibility in Rifle to get a little bit better for us to get in there because right now the only airport in that area that I can get into is Grand Junction,” which visibly worried Kylie.

Kris Jenner clarified that Grand Junction was a three-hour drive from their destination, considering the adverse weather conditions. This heightened Kylie’s anxiety as she expressed: “I don’t think that’s safe. I don’t like to drive in the snow.”

Her sister Kendall Jenner attempted to calm her down, saying: “I think we’re gonna be perfectly fine,” but Kylie then recounted her terrifying past experience. “Last time I was in Aspen, there were three crashes just around on the streets,” she revealed. “My assistant crashed, my security crashed.”

Khloe Kardashian interrupted her, suggesting: “Okay, let’s not talk about crashing.” Kris admitted she emphasised with Kylie, saying in a confessional: “Kylie’s anxiety is kicking in and I totally understand. You know, there’s a lot of moving pieces right now.”

The show then cut back to the plane, where the family was informed of an additional 23-minute delay. The captain suggested he could only fly to Grand Junction.

Kylie expressed her discomfort with the situation, saying she was “having a lot of anxiety”. She elaborated: “I’ve been having a really bad feeling for the last two days. I couldn’t even sleep last night.”

Her sisters, however, showed little sympathy for her worries. Kendall snapped: “The fact that you even put that out into the universe is one of the weirdest things.”

Khloe chimed in with disapproval: “That’s a terrible thing to say.” As the plane geared up for departure, Kylie made the decision to disembark and skip the family trip.

Kris addressed the camera, revealing: “The minute Kylie says, ‘Turn the plane around I wanna get off,’ I know she’s serious and I know the anxiety is overwhelming and I don’t think anything is gonna change her mind because now she’s really worried.”

Despite the situation, Kylie found little empathy from her siblings. In a confessional, Kendall remarked: “I know Kylie since the day she was born and I’m not discrediting her panic.”

She added: “I don’t know why she does this but it’s also part of a pattern for her. She’s done this many, many, many times. I think she just thinks she can get away with whatever.”
