She’s known for her iconic interviews with A-list stars including Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling and Mariah Carey.

But Alison Hammond fans were left fuming on Tuesday after her interview with Beyoncé resurfaced.

The presenter, 49, crossed paths with the Queen Bey in the mid-2000s, around the release of the Grammy winner’s hit album I Am… Sacha Fierce.

In the video, which resurfaced online this past week, Alison was seen challenging an eager Beyoncé to a game of Connect 4, with the Texas Hold ‘Em singer coming out on top.

Die hard Alison fans were quick to call out the ‘disrespectful’ user for calling Alison ‘the interviewer’ rather than her name.

One wrote: ‘That’s the UK’s national treasure Alison Hammond that is. Do not disrespect’

Another said: ‘That’s no interviewer, that’s mother Alison Hammond’;

‘seeing THE Alison Hammond just be called her ‘interviewer’ stings! It STINGS!’;

It comes after Demi Moore and Billy Bob Thornton ‘looked terrified’ when they were forced to play spin the wheel on Friday’s episode of This Morning.

The actors and their Landman co-stars Ali Larter and Jon Hamm joined the sofa to discuss the new series, but got more than they bargained for.

After giving an insight into the west Texas drama, Billy, 69, admitted that he was nervous to come on to the morning programme.

The actor explained how he suffers with ‘terrible anxiety’ that often keeps him awake at night and he found himself sipping champagne on the balcony of his hotel at 6am.

In a bid to calm his anxiety Alison pulled him in for a big hug before asking Billy to join in for a game of spin the wheel.

Viewers were left in hysterics at the chaotic segment and shared their thoughts on social media.

Writing to X, they joked: ‘Billy Bob Thornton has renamed his anxiety issues Alison Hammond’; ‘Am I tripping or is Billy Bob Thornton playing Spin the wheel with Alison and Dermot?’

During the show the stars detailed their roles in the series Landman, which hits Paramount+ on 18th November.

The series focuses on the huge oil boom in Texas and how some of the biggest moguls in the trade will go to any means necessary to maintain their vast wealth.
