Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is paranoid someone may poison him and refusing to eat jail food, according to a former inmate.

Larry Levine, who served a sentence at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn where Diddy has been housed since he was sensationally arrested last week, said he has a ‘source’ with knowledge of the situation on the inside.

‘Imagine if someone paid someone off on the inside to poison his food, give him a heart attack and he dies,’ Levine told Ashleigh Banfield from NewsNation.

He said Diddy was reportedly refusing to eat due to fear and paranoia that he now has a target on his back.

‘If somebody got to one of the correctional officers, and this could happen. They don’t make a lot of money and there’s people out there that he’s got stuff on that do have a lot of money.’

Diddy was arrested and hit with an indictment accusing him of years of coercion and abuse while using blackmail and violence to control his victims.

He has also been accused of inducing female victims and male s3x workers into drugged-up, sometimes days-long s3xual performances referred to as ‘Freak Offs.’

‘He’s really, really paranoid. He’s really, really scared. Doesn’t know what to think, he doesn’t know who to trust or what to believe,’ Levine said.

Diddy is reportedly being housed in the same unit as crypto scammer Sam Bankman-Fried.

The area reportedly has the capacity for 18 to 20 inmates and is generally reserved for high profile people or those cooperating with authorities.

Bankman-Fried was found guilty of fraud in late 2023 and sentenced to 25 years in prison.

According to Levine, Diddy has had a religious visit and a meeting with a dietician since he was placed in custody, as well as several visits daily from a mental health physician.

‘He’s still on suicide watch. A shrink is coming to see him several times a day.’

Levine said it was not unusual for new inmates to protest against the food on offer.

Given Diddy is being held in isolation, Levine said his experience taught him that meant the food he is receiving is likely cold and grim.

‘They feed the people in the shoe last,’ he said. ‘The food is bland, it’s a lot of carbohydrates. It fills you up but you get sick eating it.

‘There’s mold in a lot of that food. Maybe he got sick from the food, that’s another possibility.’

Combs pleaded not guilty to the charges against him last week and was denied bail, despite his legal team’s request for him to be released for $50 million and kept electronically monitored.

The artist is accused of using ‘power and prestige’ to lure and intimidate women under the ‘pretense of a romantic relationship.’

Prosecutors said they had interviewed more than 50 victims and witnesses, and are expecting the number to grow.
