Mâu thuẫn chuyện tình cảm, Tiến tới tận phòng trọ ở TP Biên Hòa đâm ‘tình địch’ tử vong.
Tối 29-5, Phòng Cảnh sát hình sự Công an tỉnh Đồng Nai phối hợp cùng Công an TP Biên Hòa điều tra vụ án mạng xảy ra tại khu phố 3, phường An Bình.
Do vết thương quá nặng, nạn nhân đã tử vong
Theo thông tin ban đầu, 10 năm trước, Lê Ngọc Tiến sống như vợ chồng với chị Trần Hoàng Trinh (33 tuổi, thường trú tại khu phố 1, thị trấn Vĩnh An, Vĩnh Cửu) và có với nhau một người con trai 10 tuổi. Cả hai cùng thuê trọ ở tại phường Long Bình, TP Biên Hòa và mới chuyển sang thuê trọ tại khu phố 1, phường An Bình.
Gần 1 tháng trở lại đây, Tiến nghi ngờ chị Trinh có qua lại với anh Tr.M.Nh. (SN 1995, quê Kiên Giang) nên ghen tuông.
Tiến đã điện thoại cho Nh. và đe đe dọa sẽ sát hại Nh.
Sau gây án, Tiến đã tới công an đầu thú
Chiều 29-5, Tiến phát hiện Trinh và Nh. về phòng trọ của Nh. tại khu phố 3, phường An Bình nên tiến đi theo tới tận phòng. Tại đây, Tến dùng con dao mang theo đâm, cứa cổ Nh. tử vong.
Gây án xong, Tiến tới công an phường đầu thú.
