Holly, 43, will once again take to the airwaves on ITV alongside her Dancing On Ice co-host Stephen Mulhern.

They will be joined by a panel of special celebrity guests in the studio as contestants will try and pull off outrageous challenges in an effort to bag a huge cash prize.

The commercial broadcaster has now announced the full lineup of the panel, and it’s set to feature huge names.

Rob Beckett will lead the panel across the two forthcoming episodes as he’s joined by a string of famous faces.

Loose Women star Judi Love and singer Olly Murs will make prominent appearances alongside the likes of podcaster Rosie Ramsey.

Holly is set to reunite with her BFF and her former This Morning colleague Alison Hammond.

Completing the lineup is former football manager and I’m A Celebrity star Harry Redknapp, and England football goalkeeper Mary Earps.

Viewers last saw You Bet! on ITV 1997 when Celebrity Big Brother star Darren Day served as the host.

It ran for nine years, with the late Bruce Forsyth and Matthew Kelly also previously fronting the game show.

Celebrities betted on members of the public as they took on a variety of challenges in front of a studio audience.

Holly Willoughby makes her grand return to TV since quitting This Morning
This time around, the audience will vote for their favourite contestant who will take home a whopping £10,000.

The celebrity with the highest score in the show will also win £10,000 for their chosen charity.

However, the celeb with the lowest score will take on an entertaining final forfeit task.

Holly previously confirmed to The Sun she was fronting the reboot as she gushed: “I’m so excited to be part of this iconic game show with the fabulous Stephen.

Could You Bet! be the full circle moment Holly Willoughby needs?

When Holly Willoughby finally announced her departure from This Morning in October 2023 it felt almost like a crescendo. After her feud with Phillip Schofield, dealing with the revelation about his workplace relationship, months of speculation, a lacklustre return to the daytime show and a horrendous kidnap plot it seemed like her own departure was almost a relief.

She made her return to TV on Dancing On Ice, a show that first shot her to superstardom that she knew inside and out. This was combined with a long-standing colleague from her days in children’s TV to serve as her co-host in the form of Stephen Mulhern. It was a safe and steady bet for the star that placed emphasis on the continuity of her career despite unprecedented challenges.

She was previously announced as one of the hosts for a new jungle challenge show for Netflix called Bear Hunt. The streamer reportedly spent £1million on a ‘ring of steel’ security detail made up of ex-special forces and former military guns to protect her against drug gangs and kidnappers. We are still yet to see this show but with contestants such as Mel B, Shirley Ballas and Steph McGovern it is sure to be a must-watch.

But You Bet! feels like a proper homecoming for the star as she returns to ITV with her first new format since she left This Morning. Her partnership with Stephen Mulhern will continue and the new show could cement them as the new golden hosting couple of the most popular commercial broadcaster. Huge names like Olly Murs and Harry Redknapp will only bolster their star power and viewers will surely love the on-screen reunion with her former colleague and BFF Alison Hammond. Plus, you cannot go wrong with a beloved TV game show format from the 90s. The BBC can attest to this with the success of Gladiators.

On paper, this news has all the qualities for a major success and maybe it will be the show to usher in a new era for Holly Willoughby.

“I’m looking forward to seeing the astonishing skills on show from the challengers and which of our celebrity panellists can come out on top.”

While Stephen added: “I loved You Bet! as a kid, so I’m very excited to be hosting this with the wonderful Holly.

“From the big and spectacular to the unique and unexpected, I can’t wait to see what extraordinary skills the challengers have up their sleeves.”

Bosses remain tight-lipped of when the show will make its way onto television screens, but details will be revealed in due course.
