I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here hosts Ant and Dec appeared visibly stunned when finding out this year’s line-up.

The hit ITV series is set to make a comeback this month for a new season of Bushtucker Trials and camp drama. A fresh set of celebrities are set to fly out to Australia in the coming days as they prepare to take on the grueling challenges. They will leave their lavish lifestyles behind and opt for up to three weeks of camp life and meals of rice and beans.

The stars will hope to follow in the footsteps of last year’s King of the Jungle – Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson. Ant and Dec have now given their verdict on those taking part in the 2024 series. The presenting duo were filmed as the star-studded line-up was revealed to them.

They captioned the clip: “If we had to describe this year’s lineup in 10 words? Good. Very good. Really good. Brilliant. Yes. Yes. Yes. YES.” Ant and Dec were given cards for each celebrity taking part in the show as their identity was revealed to the hosts for the first time. The Geordie duo excitedly reacted to the stars, with both Ant and Dec exclaiming: “Yes” to each card.

One reveal left the stars with open mouths as Dec quipped: “Ooh.” They were left in fits of laughter at another participant before looking utterly confused at another. Dec scrunched up his face with Ant asked in a surprised voice: “Is he?” The line-up was concealed from viewers, however rumours are swirling over who has signed up.

The Mirror has exclusively revealed that boxing legend Barry McGuigan will be entering the jungle after Ally McCoist dropped out. A source told us: “Barry is a bona-fide sporting legend and he’s a great person to have heading for the jungle. When he rose to fame in the 1980s as the WBA featherweight boxing champ he became a non-sectarian ambassador. He fought for both Ireland and Great Britain and was loved and respected on both sides of the divide. There’s not many who can say that.”

McFly star Danny Jones may follow in bandmate Dougie Poynter’s footsteps, who won the show back in 2011. Love Island bombshell Maura Higgins is said to be heading Down Under following reports Tommy Fury has withdrawn from the show. Coleen Rooney is reportedly set for a sensational TV return following her recent Wagatha Christie drama.

ITV chiefs are said to be crossing their fingers in the hope that Coleen will dish the dirt on her hubby Wayne Rooney, not to mention giving the lowdown on the notorious Wagatha Christie scandal involving Rebekah Vardy. A telly insider spilled to the Sunday Mirror: “She’s in the jungle and she’s going to set the record straight on Wagatha. This is a major coup For ITV. The kids are growing up now. The time is right for Coleen. She’s got the potential to go all the way and win this.”

Others rumoured to be taking part include f Republic of Ireland manager and captain Mick McCarthy, Loose Women’s Jane Moore, former X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos, The Traitors’ Harry Clark, Good Morning Britain’s Richard Arnold and retired artistic gymnast Max Whitlock.
