Kim Kardashian is known for her bold and daring looks, but fans recently took a second look at one of her iconic outfits and noticed her proportions.

On Reddit, a user shared photos from Kim’s photoshoot where she wore her Met Gala 2024 outfit comprised of a silver tight fitting strapless dress with a plunging sweetheart neckline. The dress showed off her every curve with the bottom half giving a see-through lace look.

The SKIMS founder paired the dress with a short grey cardigan that she wore and held tight to her chest. Her hair was dyed platinum blonde and fell down her shoulders in tousled waves.

A Reddit user shared the photos and wrote: “The circumference of her waist is smaller than her arm, neck and the rest of the parts of her body.”

One person commented on the post: “This succeeds in making her thighs look thick.” Another user believed that the photos couldn’t be real.

“It’s photoshopped,” they said. “She could barely move at the actual event and her skin was popping through the eyelets on the corset. It looks grossly disproportionate IRL and in this dumb photo.”

A third user worried about Kim’s health if the photos weren’t photshopped. “I don’t exactly like hating on anyone and I’m not but that HAS to be unhealthy,” they wrote.

“There’s no way all her internal organs can be squashed like this and be okay,” the user continued. “I’ve heard stories abt people removing some of their lower ribs to make their waists shrink or make space for organs when wearing super-tight corsets.”

While some criticized the ensemble, others gushed over the outfit when she shared it on her Instagram last May. Her sister, Khloe Kardashian, commented: “I am NOT WELL.” Another wrote: “The last slide, wow.”

“One of the best dresses of the night,” a third added. But others also worried about Kim’s waist size.

An Instagram user wrote: “Love ya girl, but don’t your insides hurt with that tortuous corset?” Someone else chimed in: “Where are your ribs ??!”
