There is also no suggestion that any celebrities or partygoers were aware of the music mogul’s alleged abuse.

Now, the lawyer for a fresh accuser of Sean “Diddy” Combs claims she has received calls regarding the “sale of one of the Diddy tapes”, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The footage is said to be a pornographic film that allegedly shows someone “more high-profile” than the rapper and founder of Bad Boy, alongside the troubled hip-hop mogul.

Ariel Mitchell-Kidd would not reveal who was the person in the video, allegedly shot in Diddy’s Atlanta mansion.

She told NewsNation’s Banfield on Friday: “There already have been tapes leaking around Hollywood being shopped around…

“But one particular person contacted me to shop a particular video they were in possession of and to contact the person who was in the video to see if they were interested in purchasing the video before it became public knowledge.”

She continued:  “I can tell the video was pornographic in nature.

“This was in his Atlanta home, and it does seem the person isn’t looking into the video. To me, it doesn’t seem like that person knows they’re being videotaped.”

Mitchell-Kidd added that a new client who says Combs s3xually assaulted her in 2018 and reported the incident to the police contacted her a few weeks ago.

“She called me and told me about her assault and her escape,”the attorney said.

“She was at a friend’s house who had industry ties, and Diddy decided to come to the house.”

Mitchell-Kidd went on to claim that her client learned Combs was allegedly planning on s3x trafficking her when he arrived and he “s3xually assaulted her with an inanimate object”.

The lawyer said her client was able to escape, running into the street, which was allegedly witnessed by a neighbour.

The allegations come as the disgraced music producer behind many iconic ’90s hits was denied bail by a second judge and remains in jail following his arrest at a Manhattan hotel.

Accused of running a s3x crime empire, Diddy has denied the allegations stemming from a months-long investigation and has pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.

Combs is currently being held in the infamous Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, which formerly housed fellow disgraced musician R. Kelly and Ghislaine Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein’s right hand.

The rapper was also allegedly hit with a new lawsuit by a woman who claims he abused her for years and got her pregnant.

The alleged victim filed the suit on Friday under the name Jane Doe, TMZ reported.

Jane Doe alleges that over the course of four years, the rapper drugged and abused her, and after one of their encounters, she fell pregnant before miscarrying.

The alleged victim claims she first connected with Diddy in 2020 after accepting an invitation to travel with him on a paid trip.

According to the lawsuit, the woman saw Diddy on a regular basis in 2021 and 2022 during scheduled encounters that took place in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, and other places.

The woman claims that in order to make her travel to visit the music mogul, Diddy’s crew used “coercive and harassing language.”

According to the lawsuit, Diddy physically abused her and had her take ketamine and other drugs.

The woman claims that in order to make her travel to visit the music mogul, Diddy’s crew used “coercive and harassing language.”

The woman was allegedly drugged and abused before becoming pregnant in July 2022.

She claimed that before she miscarried, Jane Doe was harassed by Diddy’s colleagues to get an abortion.

The lawsuit also alleged Diddy kept in touch with Jane Doe until July 2024.

The evidence against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

The months-long federal s3x trafficking probe against Sean Combs has culminated in a searing incictment that was unsealed on Tuesday. Combs has been hit with one count of racketeering and one count of s3x trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and one count of transportation to engage in prostitution. But behind those legal charges lies a mountain of alleged evidence of menace, violence, and horrific abuse of his fame. The indictment alleges:

Combs “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his s3xual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”
He “created a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, s3x trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery, and obstruction of justice.”
The rapper assaulted women by “striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at, and kicking them.”
Combs “manipulated women to participate in highly orchestrated performances of s3xual activity with male commercial s3x workers” that he called “freak offs.”
Freak offs “occurred regularly, sometimes lasted multiple days, and often involved multiple commercial s3x workers.”
During freak offs, he “distributed a variety of controlled substances to victims, in part to keep the victims obedient and compliant.”
After freak offs, Combs and the victims “typically received IV fluids to recover from the physical exertion and drug use.”
In March 2024, during searches of his residences in Miami and Los Angeles, “law enforcement seized various Freak Off supplies, including narcotics and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.”
During and separate from Freak Offs, Combs “hit, kicked, threw objects at, and dragged victims, at times, by their hair…These assaults often resulted in injuries that took days or weeks to heal.”
He also used the “sensitive, embarrassing, and incriminating recordings” that he made during freak offs as “collateral to ensure the continued obedience and silence of the victims.”
Combs himself “brandished firearms to intimidate and threaten others, including victims of and witnesses to his abuse.”
During searches of his homes, “law enforcement seized firearms and ammunition, including three AR-15s with defaced serial numbers, as well as a drum magazine.”
Associates “assisted him in locating and contacting victims who attempted to flee his abuse.”
When witnesses to the abuse threatened his authority or reputation, he and members and associates of the enterprise “engaged in acts of violence, threats of violence, threats of financial and reputational harm, and verbal abuse. These acts of violence included kidnapping and arson.”
