On Instagram, boxing legend Lennox Lewis dropped a video showing a buffed-up guy facing off against a smaller, less intimidating boxer. Spoiler alert: the smaller guy outshines his bigger opponent, proving once again that Lewis isn’t buying the size hype.


He pointed out that muscles might look scary, but if one doesn’t know how to box, it doesn’t mean much. He basically said that bullies count on their size to win before the fight even starts, but when they face someone with real skills, it’s a whole different game. Lewis added, lifting weights doesn’t make one a fighter, and he’d choose a trained boxer over a buffed-up newbie any day.

He cautioned that these steroids could lead to severe health risks, including high blood pressure and heart complications. On the other hand, Jake Paul has repeatedly denied the steroid claims and has passed all pre-fight drug tests despite the allegations.
