KHLOE Kardashian’s fans have spotted a sad detail in the background of her latest family photos.

The Kardashians star, 39, posted several sweet snaps with her kids True, 5, Tatum, 1, and niece Dream, 7, on Instagram on Wednesday.

Khloe lay back on the grass in the backyard of her $17million mansion in Los Angeles in the shots.

Dream and Tatum rolled around in her lap and True was seen posing behind her.

A play area with a slide and sand pit, as well as several chairs, was seen in the background behind them.

Khloe captioned the snap: “I can’t imagine trying to take a Christmas card. I can’t get everyone to look at the same time hehe!”

One eagle-eyed fan zoomed in on the play set in the background and spotted a little boy playing on his own in the sand pit.

They shared the screenshots on Reddit and wrote: “I looked closer at this photo…”

One asked, “But who is the kid?? lol” and another added: “This makes me sad.”

A third argued: “It would make sense to assume the other kids were playing with him or his parent was there out of the shot.

“I doubt he’s some neglected boy just because these particular kids aren’t with him at this moment.”

Khloe often shares photos with Dream, who is her brother Rob Kardashian’s daughter with his ex Blac Chyna.

Over the summer, she was slammed for insisting she is like a “third parent” to Dream.

During Dream’s sixth birthday party on an episode of The Kardashians, Scott Disick said to Khloe: “Just can’t believe that you’re basically somewhat of a co-parent to Dream.”

Khloe smiled and said: “I mean…” as Scott went on: “You’re like more than an aunt.”

The Good American founder replied: “Probably more than an aunt. Just the third parent. The third wheel.”

Khloe added in a confessional: “Dream is one of my babies too just like the rest of them and I absolutely love being a mom to people.”

She went on: “I love mothering people. It’s so in my blood just to be a mom. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I feel like I’m a third parent for Dream, I guess. I know how important it is for Dream to have a great maternal influence, whether that be from me or her own mom or whoever.”

Critics slammed Khloe’s comments online.

One wrote on Reddit: “It’s grotesque that she has allowed herself to publicly declare herself basically a mother to Dream while Dream has a living breathing mother who she lives with for half her life!”

Another added: “My jaw was on the floor watching Khloe talking bad about Dream’s mother and claiming to be a third parent to Dream.

“The audacity, Dream has a mother and you are her aunt, nothing more and nothing less.”
