Conservatives jabbed at Kamala Harris in the wake of Diddy’s federal charges by resurfacing a tweet where she thanked the disgraced rap mogul. 

The message was sent during the Vice President’s previous run for the White House in 2019, as she praised Diddy for hosting a town hall on racial inequality for her campaign.

‘There’s a lot at stake for our communities right now and it’s critical we bring to the forefront how coronavirus is perpetuating racial inequality and health disparities,’ the tweet read.

Conservatives jumped at the opportunity to bring up the old tweet following Diddy’s arrest in New York this week on a slew of s3x crime charges, with some pointing out ‘this didn’t age well…’

Many viewers of the 2020 tweet joked that they were ‘just commenting before this gets deleted’. Harris’ team has not yet deleted the post and hasn’t commented on it.

But while some tried to draw a connection between Harris’ past campaigning and the accused s3x trafficker, others pointed out that Diddy’s former status as a hip hop icon put him in proximity to many stars.

This included some sharing images from a fundraiser Donald Trump hosted at Mar-a-Lago in 2005 for the Rush Philanthropic Foundation, where the former president was pictured with Diddy.

The arrest also saw some critics of Harris share a fake image of her with Diddy in 2001, where his face was cropped onto Harris’ former boyfriend Montel Williams.

It comes after Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was arrested Monday night in New York City following an indictment from a grand jury.

Combs was arrested by Homeland Security officials at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan, and on Tuesday a judge ordered him to be held without bail.

The music mogul pleaded not guilty after he was charged with racketeering conspiracy and s3x trafficking.

He’s accused of inducing female victims and male s3x workers into drugged-up, sometimes dayslong s3xual performances dubbed ‘Freak Offs.’

The indictment against him also alleges he coerced and abused women for years while using blackmail and shocking acts of violence to keep his victims in line. It refers obliquely to an attack on his former girlfriend, the R&B singer Cassie, that was captured on video.
