“It’s something a lot of people can relate to”, Myleene told her.

“I’ve had that nightmare four times, it’s the worst…”

Myleene then broke off as she was overwhelmed by emotion and was supported by her fellow Loose Women panellists.

The 46-year-old – who is now a mum to three children – miscarried while she was on air at Smooth Radio.

After losing four babies, the former Hear’Say singer launched a campaign to help women who had gone through a similar experience.

Loose Women host Nadiya Sawalha held Myleene’s hand as she continued, saying: “What’s just so shocking is, it’s just such an isolating experience.

“You’re bleeding, alone. You’re walking out of a hospital – you were pregnant when you went in, you’re meant to walk out with a baby – you walk out with nothing.

“And yet, we say to people at least you can get pregnant again, you can try again, it was just cells, at least it wasn’t a baby…

“Through something called microcyronism. You carry those cells in your body right now and subsequently the baby you go on to have carries those cells too.

“When I hug my baby I hug seven children.”
